Services:
Technically-demanding applications belong at Warptek. Our experienced staff possesses the knowledge and capabilities to produce the highest quality warps regardless of the material challenges presented.Our two state-of-the-art sectional warpers accommodate warp widths up to 3800mm (150 inch) and 15,000N beaming tension. Our creels accommodate 816 bobbins. But most importantly, we understand the technical requirements each warp must meet in order to ensure that modern, high-speed weaving machines run at optimal performance.
Warptek processes yarn counts from 70 Denier up to 1000 Denier 4-ply. Our customers’ materials range from polyester yarns, polyamide (nylon), PVC coated fiberglass and polyester, Aramids (Kevlar® and Twaron®), Fiberglass, Ceramic fibers, Kevlar, and more. No twist, high twist, texturized, and coated yarns are all easily handled by our expert machine operators. No matter how technically-demanding your application, Warptek will deliver the highest quality warp at the most cost-efficient price.
Additionally, our customers can easily determine material requirements through use of the Warptek Inventory Account System. As an added-value, Warptek inventories all materials for our customers, allowing production planners to logon to the Warptek website to determine material status. We strive to maximize the efficiency of the production process for all individuals involved—whether they are on-site at Warptek, in the customers’ plants, or on location at the customers’ headquarters.
